I think the most gratifying pieces of furniture to restore and restyle are those forsaken thrift shop dressers. It’s amazing what a little love and paint can do to transform a dresser from landfill-bound to designer beauty. Who doesn’t love a good rags to riches story?
Hometalk recently asked me to curate a board showcasing thrift shop dressers that have been transformed into designer show-stoppers. There were so many amazing examples to choose from. I focused my choices on dressers that had been restyled in fresh and innovative ways – what I strive to do in my own work.
